Many pet parents worry that their dog is bored, damaging belongings or furnishings while they are at work or they are aren't getting enough exercise. It's not easy to provide dogs with the kind of exercise and attention they require each day. While spending the day at Southlake Classic Pet Retreat's dog daycare, your pet will have ample opportunities to socialize with other dogs, similar in size and age, in a safe environment monitored by our staff. When you pick up your pet after doggie daycare, you'll find your companion to be calm, content and ready to relax with you.

A typical day at Southlake Classic Pet Retreat doggie daycare will look like this:
Check in
Arriving anytime after 8 a.m.*, the dogs are checked in and their belongings are put away
*Early drop off available starting at 7 a.m. if the pet has a reservation no later than 6 p.m. the evening before.
Morning activities
Morning activities between 9:00 a.m.– 12:00 p.m. which can include ball chasing and fetching, chasing games, climbing and just having fun.
Special needs
Individual attention is given to those special needs like snacks and lunch between 12:00 p.m. – 12:15 p.m.
Nap time
Nap time commences between 12:15 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. because they actually need rest.
Afternoon fun
After waking up, the dogs participate in a little less fast paced version of morning activities between 2:00 – 5:00 p.m.
Pick up
Pick up time is between 5:00 – 5:45 p.m. and for those that are sleeping over, dinner is served.

Proof of Vaccination
Pet safety is a priority here at Southlake Classic Pet Retreat. All dogs must have current DHPP or DHLPP,
Rabies and Bordetella (every 6 months) vaccinations. You or your veterinarian can fax proof of vaccinations to us at 817-916-8822 or
