The best in the business! I love having a local place where they know my pet personally vs a national chain. They truly care about all the pups and my dog is shaking with excitement when I tell her she’s going to daycare or boarding.
We just moved to the area and our dog, Shelby, boarded during our move. We are as pleased as Shelby - the staff, play yard, groomer, and hospitality were over the top. Thank you!!!!

Our 6 month old labrador absolutely loves going to daycare at SCPR. The staff is warm and friendly and extremely patient with him as he is still a puppy. We have tried other daycares with our previous labrador and they don't even compare. We are thrilled to have found Brody a fun place to play, make friends, and learn social etiquette from the older dogs. We are also grateful to the kind staff that cares for him every week. THANK YOU! I am giving 5 stars. The business has absolute integrity with our puppies. The haircut was adjusted and handled very professionally. Kelsey shows integrity and maintains quality of their shop’s workmanship. Kudos to Kelsey especially during their very busy afternoon.

I wanted to give Michael and Kelsey a shoutout for helping us remedy a non-ideal situation. My wife Emily took our golden doodle Cooper to get groomed and they accidentally cut the back of his leg (this stuff is understandable and happens). To help us out, they refunded the grooming fee. We didn't take our dog to the vet initially because there was not an infection and we did not want to pay to take him to the vet and then request money from the groomer for the vet bill. We were just hoping it would heal on it's own and nobody would need to pay for a vet bill. However, days later the wound became pretty infected and we had to take him to the vet which cost us roughly $250. One of the ladies at the groomer did not understand the totality of the situation and said they could not cover that fee - however, Michael stepped in and instantly agreed to cover the vet bill. In my 30 years of living I have never left a review, but wanted to say I appreciate the customer service and willingness to acknowledge the mistake and instantly remedy the situation. We will definitely be bringing our dog back here. We have always had a good experience.
Winston loves Classic! The staff always greets him with enthusiasm, and as soon as he sees the front door open, his little Corgi tail wiggles with joy and he is ready to play all day! Also, we are so appreciative that when needed, we can board Winston with peace of mind while we are away.
Mike and all the crew at Southlake Classic Pet Retreat are true animal lovers. I know our dog Ruby enjoys her time there and we always know she is well taken care of.

Our 2 English Bulldogs absolutely LOVE going to SCPR! Both my husband & I work remotely from home, but still don’t always get to give Hopper & Olive the attention they deserve during the day. We use SCPR as a way to get the dogs out, socialized & loved on. We also exclusively use them for boarding when we’re out of town. The team is amazing, the dogs get so excited to go & I know they will come home safe, happy & exhausted.

Southlake Retreat is our first choice for our pet. He is always happy to come inside and the grooming never disappoints when we pick him up. He's always tuckered out from all the socializing he gets with other dogs. I love knowing he's having fun!
